Please pass this email on to anyone you feel would be interested in lodging an objection and , if you run particular action groups of your own, please feel free to distribute - it would be much appreciated.

Despite the reduction in the number of turbines at Druim Ba, the visual impact is still significant over a wide area and we would urge you to make an objection, and also bear in mind the wind farm is only 5 miles from Drumnadrochit. The turbines would be visible for about 90% of the length of A862/A833 Muir of Ord/Beauly to Milton roads and would greatly affect the Inverness - Drumnadrochit section of the Great Glen Way and Drumnadrochit - Cannich section of the Affric Kintail Way. We are in the process of producing a map that will show the affected areas of these routes and will post it on this site once completed.

The ‘Ring of Steel’ appears to be closing in on us.

Should you wish further information you can contact Denise Davis by email denisedavis40@tiscali.co.uk  .  Druim Ba Say No are also on Facebook at  https://www.facebook.com/druimbsayno.co.uk/?fref=nf

The map below shows the effect Druim Ba wind farm would have on roads and walks in the area.
